1891 Antique Brutalist, Industrial Lamson Metal with Brass Finish Coin Changer Tray, Vide Poche. The Lamson Coin Changer was patented July 7, 1891. This is the tray section from a coin changer machine that dispensed coins from 1 cent to one dollar. Makes for a unique industrial art object or a one-of-a-kind video poche/catchall for keys and change on an entry table or cuff links and a watch in a gentleman’s closet.
