It is handmade of genuine Malachite and Italian Marble with brass inlays. The chess set is small and compact, designed for easy transit. The round storage box top/lid has a stunning inlaid chess board. The top/lid fits snugly, the interior is beautifully lined in rich dark green velvet. The velvet interior safely stores the mini chess pieces. The set has developed a gorgeous aged patina. This amazing treasure is sure to take pride of place wherever you display it.
