This is a set of 2 original c1930 French Art Deco renderings for furniture. They are period pieces showcasing custom cabinetry and stylized hardware. They feature classic Art Deco geometric elements. Note the detailing in the wood grains, and “objets d’art”. Note, too, the shadow feature on the right side of the images which adds a quality and interest to the designs. They are done on thick paper stock with gouache. The hardware is done with metallic silver paint which is unique to the Art Deco period. We purchased this collection in France. Pristine condition. Horizontal format, 12.5 x 9.5 inches. Please see companion furniture drawings offered in our shop, as together these make for unique wall decor..
