Stappaerts (b. 1969, Antwerp) studied at St. Lucas Brussels and the Rijksakademie Amsterdam. His multidisciplinary practice unites abstract painting, design, and conceptual work. In 2005 he was awarded the Visual Arts Prize of the Province of Antwerp. His works are shown in museums and private collections throughout Europe. This piece has an attribution mark,
