Beautiful antique XL painting with sunflowers in oil paint and a baroque black frame with gold details from the 1920s. The painting was painted by Martinus Joseph Bertels (1897), born in Gouda. This Dutch master was not only a painter, but also a monumental artist and mosaicist. The painting is in original good condition and no less than 132 cm high, 93.5 cm wide and 9 cm deep.The frame has a black lacquer and the details have been put on with a gold finish. This was done to make the frame match the painting. This piece has an attribution mark,
