Vintage professional bookbinding finishing press. A crucial piece of equipment for book makers. Solid wood blocks with two large hand-screws to clamp the blocks together.
A unique piece that can be used as decor, wall hanging, bookend or curated for a set or vignette.
These presses were predominantly used in the late 1800s up until the mid 20th century. Used for page-pressing, bookbinding and finishing. Be sure to reference all photos and closeups as well as condition notes.
