Renaissance style carved inlaid easel back folding travel mirror in triptych form. Most likely Italian from the late 19th century or early 20th century. This diminutive mirror (it stand at 15" H) is a beautiful example of fretwork and marquetry with floral and figural scenes. Once an amazing “Grand Tour” item, it will remain a charming conversation piece for years to come. Please note condition issues.

The mirror is in good condition with minimal wear and no significant loss of silvering. There are however, areas of loss on the fretwork as well as instances of split wood particularly on the base, which is less noticeable when folded up.
