This is … Read more I bought this lamp in 2007 from a store in London specializing in Mid-century modern furniture and decor. This is a ‘Mushroom’ lamp made in Czechoslovakia in the 1970’s. It is not signed. It is wired with a UK type plug and will need to be rewired for the US. If you request I can rewire it for you!
The lamp stands 9” tall and has a dimension of about 7”.
This style of lamp (shape) have become very collectable in the past few years and there are several variations however this Czech iteration is rare and not often seen in collections. Czechoslovakia was at that time part of the Soviet Union and such goods did not often cross into Europe. See less
