The solid teak frame, hardware, and the original seat support fabric are all untouched, retaining their authentic vintage character and patina. The cushions were newly made by a Belgian expert restorer who previously worked in museum preservation, using pure organic latex for comfort, support, and longevity. They are upholstered in Kvadrat Hallingdal 65, color 126, one of the most iconic Danish modern textiles. This careful approach ensures the chair maintains its originality while enhancing usability with materials chosen to last for generations. It is a rare example that balances historical authenticity with top-tier restoration where it matters most. See less
