Its top, … Read more This sumptuous octagonal table elegantly combines mahogany in marquetry and a design typical of the Art Deco style. Its top, made with a high-quality veneer composed of 5 mm thick sheets, seduces with a geometric and symmetrical arrangement of great precision. The table's apron, worked in the shape of a staircase and enhanced with an inverted quarter-round, harmoniously frames the whole. The atypical base, in the form of an inlaid box whose sides, veneered in wood arranged in an "open book", are framed by vertical bands of mahogany carved with foliage and fruit motifs. The corners are composed of large uprights in relief, forming superpositions, illustrating a play of volumes faithful to the aesthetics of Art Deco. The lower crosspieces, subtly worked in inverted staircases, complete this architectural work. It comes with five mahogany extensions, adjustable to suit your needs, allowing it to comfortably accommodate up to sixteen guests.
This is a masterpiece of French craftsmanship and cabinetmaking, where expertise combines with timeless elegance.
