Measures about 14 inches across and about 23 inches from the ceiling to the bottom of the glass. Of that 23 inches, there is a 12" chain between the lamp and the ceiling. The remainder of the 30 inches is 11 inches of chandelier.
There are 7 glass and 7 plastic pieces that hang from the base. I have arranged them a particular way in my pictures, but that does not prove it is the way you will like best. Do a bit of experimenting and see how you like them. But it will not be "set in cement". You can easily change them later if you like.
