Metal frame in a glossy anthracite charcoal gray enamel with chrome accents. Dimmer switch located on lamp head. Adjustable tilt angle and pivoting head. Each lamp takes one halogen or LED bulb. Consider using as a desk task lamp or a bedside table light. There are some light scratches on the shade and a few minor paint loss nicks to the base.
