Antique French Coffee Table Carved Oak Bench Baroque Window Hall Seat c1900.
Direct from France, a stunning antique table, that is so extremely versatile--easily used as a traditional coffee table, entry or hall bench, window seat or even at the foot of a bed for pillows!
The ornate, thick, scrolled legs are quite luxurious with their baroque or lyre silhouette and they’re complimented by the elaborate oak grains to the top.
Quality throughout, very heavy and sturdy; well built by craftsmen of the period, circa1900. Original maker’s tag: “Meubles Simonis, 18 Rue de Livourne-Bruxelles”.
Measurements: 21.5” ht. x 50.75” x 21.5”.
