Risom is widely considered to be a pioneer in introducing Danish modern furniture to the U.S. through early works with the Knoll Company and through his own company Jens Risom Designs which thrived in the 50’s and 60’s. This simple and stylish square table is constructed of medium walnut with beautiful wood graining and sturdy square legs. Maker’s mark on underside of the table.. Table is structurally sound and in Excellent vintage condition with minor wear consistent with its age.
