Deco period nickel towel brackets: original rod may have been glass, but wood works.
Takes a 5"wide glass shelf and a one inch rod; extends 5.5" from wall, screws to hold rod secure, total drop is 6.5". Rod sits back an inch under shelf.
Metal is 5/16" wide by 3/16" ; 3 screws, two top and one bottom to fasten to wall or door.

Beautiful clean design, could be modern. Have not been polished, but bear an old sheen, and are weighty.
