Designed with figures with large faces all around the bowl. On the bottom it is signed by the artist. Edwin Scheier was born in New York City in 1910 and died in Green Valley, AZ 2008. He married Mary in 1937. Mary was born in 1908 Salem, Virginia and died in 2007 Green Valley, Arizona. See less
