These are a pair of striking table lamps from Rossi Di Albizate's collection, designed by Carlo Bartoli known for their innovative and artistic lighting designs. The lamps feature cylindrical cream-colored shades with a bold design element: green and red horizontal bands running near the top and bottom edges. These bands provide a distinctive, graphic style that recalls high-fashion motifs, adding a luxurious touch.
The bases of the lamps are square-shaped and covered with a textured material that appears to mimic shagreen or a similar finish. The base also incorporates matching green and red stripes, harmonizing beautifully with the design of the shades and creating a cohesive aesthetic.
This pair exudes mid-century or contemporary Italian design sensibilities, blending bold simplicity with luxurious detailing. They would serve as statement pieces in a living room, study, or bedroom, adding both light and a unique artistic flair to the space.
