The original painting, completed around 1513–1514, is housed in the Palazzo Pitti in Florence and is among Raphael’s most beloved depictions of the Madonna and Child. This lithograph captures the grace, intimacy, and refined composition of Raphael's original, presenting the seated Virgin Mary lovingly embracing the infant Jesus while the young Saint John the Baptist looks on devoutly.
