Likely manufactured directly after ww1, as enamelled boxes made in the austrian republic for export at that time often were marked "sterling" just like this one.

deep stamped "935" (93.5% pure silver), "sterling", the swedish oval three crown stamp (for silver imported to sweden), as well as "s" (for pure silver). There are also two stamps resembling a "9" and a "3". The case opens easily by pushing a small onyx stone set in the silver. See less
