This is an example of the USSR social realism design, which is very beautiful.
This lamp was made in 1980 in the Soviet Union, and the model is called The Flame.
It is new and comes with the original box.
The lamp has slight signs of the time passed, like some yellowing on the white plastic part.
It is made of a plastic pedestal which features white figurines of the Soviet workers, and is topped with semi-transparent plastic "flames".
The light bulb is inside de pedestal.
Equipped with a European 2-pin wall plug.
Measurements:

Diameter 10cm
