Two Antique French Heavy Pewter Measuring Tankards
Two 1-liter pewter measures from France circa 1850. Both are hallmarked on the bottom. The rims of the tankards are marked with calibration punch stamps. Verification marks signify that
the measure has been inspected by an official Weights & Measures Inspector and found to be of the correct capacity. They are in good/fair condition with age related wear. One tankard has a small bend in the rim. Some scratching. See photos.
