This West Anatolian workshop kellegi (long carpet) is a study in gold tones, with a unidirectional field pattern of rows of various flower varieties, dialed in sand, light green and medium brown. The goldenrod border shows bracketed octogrammes and long doubly serrated straight, slanted leaves. Wool foundation, coarse weave. Good condition. See less
