A Joseph Raskin (New York, 1897-1981) Oil on Canvas depicting a floral still-life. The piece is signed "Jos. Raskin" in the lower right corner. Joseph Raskin was a painter, etcher, teacher, and writer. He had addresses in New York City. He studied at the National Academy of Design. His work can be seen in the Department of Labor Building, Washington DC.
