Göran Wärff designed the Zoom series for Kosta Boda in 1999. It consists of hand-crafted art objects with sturdy forms, colorful glass, and bubble pattern.
Göran Wärff (1933–2022) has designed many classics for the Swedish Kosta Boda glassworks. One of the most well-known series is Zoom from 1999. It consists of hand-crafted glass bowls, candleholders, dishes, and vases. They have sturdy forms, colorful glass, and bubble pattern. The lower side is engraved with Kosta Boda, G Wärff, and the model number. The series was manufactured until 2009.
This gorgeous bowl is a lovely shade of cobalt blue and deep Fuchsia base.
It is heavy and stunning.
