Artist Biography:
Henri Gadbois is a second generation Houston artist. Gadbois, a native Houstonian, graduated from Lamar High School and University of Houston, receiving a Bachelor of Fine Arts and Master of Letters Degrees. Although his main interest has been in painting the Texas landscape, he is also interested in rug hooking, quilting, and ceramics. He spends as much time as possible with his artist wife, Leila McConnell, at their home in the Texas hill country in Ingram, Texas.
