Vintage Michael Taylor for Baker attributed mid-century mahogany spoon back slipper chairs on solid brass square cup casters (wheels). There is a painted stenciled dragon or lion on each chair (see photos) that was not original to the chairs. Overall good condition considering age. The upholstery fabric is in very good condition. The chairs are sturdy and functional with no structural concerns. The brass cup casters are original but the brass screws are not. There are some indications of use including minor chips to the veneer, nicks, marks, and scratches. See photos. This item is unmarked but is attributed to Michael Taylor.
