This silver-plated gallery tray on four claw-foot feet and gadrooned rim was made in the late 1890s in Birmingham, England by Charles Howard Collins. In remarkable condition, this is a heavy piece with minimal tarnish and a fabulous look. Everything looks better on a silver tray.
