Likely made in France around the late … Read more A beautiful pair of antique candelabras with cherub figures in classic Rococo style. Likely made in France around the late 19th or early 20th century. The figures are made of spelter with a bronze-style finish and are mounted on black-painted stone bases with brass feet and detailing. The design is elegant and well balanced, with a timeless presence.
They work well as decorative pieces on a mantel, sideboard or dining table. Adding candles brings extra height and makes the silhouette even more striking. The choice of candle color also lets you adapt them to the season or the setting.

In good antique condition with signs of age appropriate to their time. There is minor wear to the surface and a few small chips along the edges of the bases, as shown in the photos. These do not take away from the overall impression or charm of the pieces.
