Most gentlemen do not need a stand for powdering their wigs in the present day, but we all enjoy a beautiful stand with a green plant!
This piece is a mahogany reproduction of a wig stand and it still has the brass bowl in the top. It also features two drawers with brass hardware and the bottom has another resting spot
Georgian in style, the stand was probably made in the mid 20th century.
The base is 20.5”wide and the top is 11” in diameter. The brass bowl is @ 4” deep.
