The nightstands are very large with a handsome sleek design.
The frame is made of pretty stained walnut wood with tapered legs. The chests have one pullout drawer with small brass knobs.
Above the drawer is a pullout flat shelf. It's a perfect place to set your evening reads, a glass of water, etc.
The back, sides and top have a sleek parchment lacquer type finish in a very soft creamy, buttery margarine color.
It was very hard to photograph the true finish of the parchment because it does have very faint sort of lines or block design.
Together the light parchment and the stained walnut make for an elegant handsome design.
The nightstands are quite heavy and extremely well made. The Mid Century clean design makes these a fantastic pair for a masculine room. See less
