The small … Read more Interesting chest entirely made of dark walnut wood, produced in the late 16th century in the Lombard-Venetian area. The small piece of furniture has a front excellently carved with lozenges and various orders of intricately carved frames with floral volutes and other decorative motifs framing the noble coat of arms in the center. The top is a single board and the base is grooved along the entire perimeter of the furniture, while the simple sides retain the handles from the period. Unfortunately, over time, as often happens, the feet have been lost and others have been fitted subsequently. The chest measures: 129cm length x 48cm height x 51.5 cm depth In good condition. See less
