The piece is by Bernhardt and is solidly made. The table reminds us of Michael Taylor’s designs for Baker Furniture’s Far East Collection. The table is in good vintage condition with a minor scratch or two to the finish and one dull spot on the top which is hard to see, but in the proper light appears to be about an inch and half wide by a couple of inches long; see photograph.
