Published during The Great Depression, this issue includes a number of drawings of house plans with photos of the houses. Also - a "House of the Month" is showcased, along with its floor plans. "Now - Homes for Everyone" article shows homes (and floor plans) being built for $1750- and less" in Chicago. The front cover art is by L.E. Aren't, a listed artist. The Art Deco type face on the cover makes this an alluring issue to frame. The 54-page, 93-year-old copy is in very good, clean, bright and unmarked condition.
