The real McCoy country table in 1800's reclaimed extinct American chestnut. Dia. 66'' -- seats 8. Richest of patina & character.
100% hand tooled, scraped & pegged. Very stout. A tough satin finish capable of daily use. THE wood early settlers relied on for structures from cabins to barns etc. Pleasing honey / amber tones
Blighted & now extinct. Trees that were known as the redwoods of the eastern US. A sought after species today for floors, walls & furniture. Thick top, heavy base. Cannot brag enough !
