This piece has a medium weight and is made of solid wood, and dates to the 1950s, with the original barn-red paint. It lends a rustic charm to any space and seems to beg to be displayed in a kitchen or bath space.

If the design is overly polished...a bit too perfect, and an element with a bit more of a naturalist, weathered feel is required to be introduced into the space for balance, or as a foil to the perfection, this is that piece.
