This skyscraper is cast in heavyweight metal with a golden bronze finish and excellent detail, from the Piaget logo on the ground floor to the horizontal rows of windows in the tower. The base is embossed "PIAGET - 650 FIFTH AVE. - JUNE 21, 1979". The bottom is covered in brown felt.

It stands 5" tall by 3" wide by 2.75" deep, and weighs 1.5 lbs.

The Piaget building was the headquarters of the North American Watch Corp. that distributed the Piaget luxury watch brand among others. Its name was changed to simply the "650 Fifth Avenue" building in the 1980's to distance itself from its Iranian ties after the Iranian Revolution. See less
