This oil pastel by Valentine (Val) Welman is titled "Double Vision".
Welman is a Northwest artist known for his modernist pencil drawings and watercolors. He was an art professor at the University of Washington between 1954 and 1983. Pencil signed lower right. Silver colored metal frame and white matting. Vintage but good condition.
