Armchair LC1 by Le Corbusier Pierre Jeanneret and Charlotte Perriand for Cassina, 1970s
Armchair model LC1 or Fauteuil à dossier basculant, with a tilting backrest. The backrest and seat are made of pony skin in shades of white and brown, while the armrests are made of a black leather band.
Produced by Cassina in 1970s and designed in 1928 by Le Corbusier, Pierre Jeanneret, and Charlotte Perriand. Brand logo and serial number on the frame.
Good condition, the leather on the seat and backrest shows signs of use, aging, and stains. The metal is oxidized. The leather on the armrests is new.
