Carved in heavy teak wood as a feat of carving, this was carved from one slab of wood. The two halves open from the opposite face and form an x-stretcher. The inner faces are carved with a very elaborate pattern of dancers and scrolling lotus with flowers, and on the lower legs, a pair of flanking dragons or sakura beasts. The measurements are 25" by 14.5", the tray. The table measures 22" tall. See less
