Each table is built entirely by hand, using traditional mortise and tenon joinery—no modern hardware is visible.


Design details include twelve-inch-wide breadboard ends, a live-edge skirt, and robust trestle legs joined by thick mortised stretchers. The tabletop is constructed from one-inch thick hardwood planks in random widths for a truly rustic, old-world look.


We work with reclaimed elm, oak, cypress, pecky cypress, walnut, and heart pine. The table pictured features elm and oak in both the top and undercarriage. Each piece is unique, shaped by the character of the wood itself.

We don’t use stains. Instead, we allow the natural color and patina of the wood to shine through. The surface is sanded for safety and comfort, then sealed with a satin Polycrylic clear coat and a hand-rubbed wax polish for a smooth, durable finish.
