This is beautiful example of Karabagh rug from late 19th C. İt has three medallions so because of the medallions, between rug dealer they call triple medallion. it has splendid vibrant colors. i love the border of this beautiful rug, they put in each site of border three unusual animal figures,and Please look at the secend large border also very interesthing it is something un common, you can see many unusually motifs. When you look at the center this rug you see three medallions design, usually we can see these style medallions desingn from Turkoman gul. Please notice the fantastic sky blue an saffran yellow, beautiful red,personally i love the color of this rug. Simply this is a carpet, speaks with the harmony of the colors
Its in good condition for its own age and very little part of the rug have restored by mastercraftsmen who spent lots of years on the restoration of antique rugs.
