Composed of three large drawers, each with deeply molded panels and stepped geometric framing, the chest reflects a rustic yet noble aesthetic, a hallmark of Emilian furniture in the Baroque age. The original hanging brass handles and iron locks are still present, lending authenticity and a sense of continuity with its origins.

The brushed (planed) sides reveal the honest handwork of the era, while the bracket feet provide both stability and classical weight.
