Antique mid to late 1800s solid cherry Chippendale style American dresser. The secondary wood (drawer construction) is pine. This dresser is made of single wood plank construction throughout, as well as handcut dovetails. The cherry wood just glows! The four graduated drawers offer ample storage and bear the original brass Chippendale style pulls. The distinctive bracket feet were also crafted in the Chippendale style.
Due to its smooth finish and clean appearance it's likely that this dresser was refinished at some point in the past 50 years.
