Marked "Limoges France" and "Peint … Read more Marked Limoges, France hand painted porcelain box (unusual quatrefoil shape) with brass fittings and fastener. Marked "Limoges France" and "Peint Main" as well as an indecipherable mark (probably the artist.) The classical design consists of pink roses, green swagged vines with yellow buds. There is a wide blue band around the bottom of the lid and the top of the base. The box has a carved brass daisy or sunflower-like closure. There is a pink floral sprig painted on the inside of the lid. Excellent condition. See less
