A beautiful antique footed English inkstand always adds a certain touch to any desk. This charming silver plate inkstand set was manufactured by Elkington & Co. in the early 1900s and has a central lidded compartment that is topped off with a chamberstick. The original glass wells fit nicely into their compartments. The inkstand has a nice patina with normal wear from use and age, minor loss of silver plate to some areas, minor wear to the edge of the chamberstick lid as shown, otherwise the set is in very good antique condition. Period monogram as shown.
TOUCH MARKS: Elkington & Co. Made in England.
