Hand-crafted from dense, old-growth seasoned oak, its thick plank top with dovetailed joints is so strong a supporting apron is unnecessary, producing generous 27.5" knee clearance all around, with plenty of overhang for the lord and lady of the castle on each end. Two massive pedestals provide support, connected below by a trestle and fitted to broad feet that are tapered for maximum seating comfort. This is truly a table for the whole family that you can pass down through several generations. Table top is removable for easy transport.
