The antique tray, made of paper mache, is in a Japanned chinoiserie style showing groups of well dressed figures in a garden setting. With buildings, a bridge and numerous flowers. The design is all hand painted in gold with white painted faces. In good overall condition with sharp well painted details. Light surface age and use wear. The matching black and gold stand has been custom made at a later date. The tray fits snugly onto the stand. See less
