You have to love his curlicues on his forehead and sideburns. Hand-painted with a delicate hand. Makers mark is on the side of the stopper but I have been unable to find another stopper like this. This item was originally purchased in Germany and has a German price tag on the bottom. Very colorful and in perfect condition. It would make a great conversation piece! See less
