Beautiful mid-century cocoon tripod floor lamp from the 1960s.
Its shade, reminiscent of George Nelson's "bubble lamp," was created using a special technology called "spray-coating fiberglass," inspired by the silkworm. This is why this lamp is also called a "cocoon lamp."
