A stunning double-bulb vase in glazed and vitrified ceramic, entirely hand-crafted on a wheel, glazed with gold and ruby enamels and featuring abstract geometric decorations with rectangular lines and motifs, finished with ruby and gold metallic luster. A modern art design from the second half of the 20th century, signed Sassi Faenza under the base. The vase's beautiful double-bulb shape and intense vitrification of the high-quality, feldspar-rich glazes are remarkable, as is the beautiful ruby-red chrome plating and luster finish, reminiscent of the works of Riccardo Gatti, Melandri, or Francesco Nonni from Faenza.
